Biography
Mr Isidori attended various banking courses covering Risk Management, Credit Lending Best Practices, Portfolio Management, Collections & Recoveries and leadership. He has18 years’ experience in banking. He worked at AKIBA Commercial Bank (T) Limited from 2000 to 2007; Positions held; Credit Officer, Branch Manager and Microfinance Manager - Senior Management position. He managed to introduce the lending best practices and trained more than 100 loan officers in credit lending methodology, loan appraisals, portfolio management and loan recoveries. Barclays Bank Tanzania from 2007 to 2010; Head Retail Credit Underwriting; while in Barclays he managed to set up the LPC (Loan Processing Centre) in the country and also worked closely with the Barclays Group to introduce the unsecured lending application score card in Barclays Tanzania. He worked with NBC from 2010 to 2017; Manager SME for 2 years and 5 years Head of Retail Credit. He managed to set-up the Retail Credit Department, recruited talents and managed to introduce the end to end credit processes. Also he championed the introduction of the Retail impairment process under IAS39 from 2011. Isidori Moved from NBC and joined DCB Bank PLC October 2017 as Chief Credit Manager, until December 2022 he started acting as DCB Banks Managing director the position he is currently holding to date
