Loan amount above the limit is to be secured by landed property by borrower apart from Guarantee by employer

Buying back loans from other banks is applicable.
Top up for existing loans is allowed, after repaying half of the period.

Salaried Loan Requirements
Application form duly completed.
Original Salary/pay slip recent plus two copies of previous months.
Work or residence permit for Non-Tanzanians
Private sector employees-employee should be confirmed to employment and application supported by the Signed collective Guarantee agreement and security.
For Government employees be confirmed to the employment and signed collective Guarantee agreement.
The bank must have an arrangement with your employer.
Maximum age limit is 57 years old
