Biography
She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration in Finance and Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, both degrees were attained at the University of Dar es Salaam, CPA (T) in Public Practice (CPA-PP), a Certified Information System Auditor –CISA and a Certified Director from Institute of Directors in Tanzania. Ms. Nanyaro joined the DCB Board in October, 2016 as a director representing the individual cluster. Zawadia started her career in 1997 with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) where she worked as External Auditor for five years; she later joined Exim Bank where she worked for two years as the Internal Audit Manager heading the Internal Audit department of the bank. In 2004 she joined Tanzania Breweries (TBL) as the Group Internal Audit Manager in 2004 - 2007. Subsequent to working with TBL, Zawadia joined Export Processing Zones Authority (EPZA) as a Director of Development and later on as Director of Promotion and Facilitation in years 2008 – 2016. Currently she is a Managing Director of an audit and tax consultancy firm Lilac Lines Tanzania
